I've heard it my whole life. So have you. And yet, most people complain about having to do it and the make the choice not to, only to later in life complain about heir body not working so well anymore.

Working Out is one of those things that you have to do if you want to be healthy.

And you have to do it during your entire life span. Regular exercise is a habit that most people never learn or stop by the time they hit 30.

And then... they feel extra insecure when they don't have enough energy to be the parent they want to be for their children and the one that their children need them to be.

I'm sure you've seen that yourself by now. Most folks who serve in the military look like physical specimens.

At least until they get discharged and let themselves go because there is no longer anyone holding to a standard and they don't respect themselves enough to do so on

It is part of the job of a solider to maintain battle readiness at all times. Soldiers have to be:

Physically Strong,

Mentally Tough, and

Emotionally Unshakeable.

All of which is achieved through intense and thorough physcial conditioning.

War is a harsh environment that requires incredible stamina and endurance.
